Vendor Information

We are a new company promoting gun shows. However, we come with over 25 years of experience in the gun show industry. JK Promotions will strive to provide you with the best advertised shows, bringing in thousands of perspective customers for our vendors. 

By reserving a booth at a JK Promotions LLC Gun Show, you are agreeing to abide by all of our contract terms. 

• You agree to obey all local, state, and federal laws. 
• No loaded firearms are allowed on the premises. No exceptions for concealed carry.   
•  Business license and / or permit fees are due at check-in where it is relevant. 
• No pets - service animals are allowed with proper documentation.
• Electricity fees are due at check in. 
• All booths must be prepaid 10 days in advance to confirm the reservation. Payments received less than 10 days before show date are subject to a $10.00 late fee per table.
• Cancellations two weeks prior to the show date will not be refunded and there will be no exceptions.

Vendors can secure their reservation by submitting payment with credit card over the phone or check by mail. 

Check Payments

When paying by check, we ask our vendors to allow two weeks for us to receive the check. Gun show location and date should also be written in the memo on the check. JK Promotions does not accept check payments over the phone.

Credit Card Payments

Call our office Monday-Thursday 9am-4pm CT to make credit card payments. Please do not send us credit card information in an email, postal mail service, or in our contact form.

Booths are 8' x 5' and include a 8' x 2.5' table in each booth reservation. We do not guarantee any unpaid reservation. 

All NON GUN tables must be approved by JK Promotions. 

Kansas Booth Fee

• $56.00 each. 

Reservations will be charged a $10.00 late fee per booth if not paid 10 days prior to the show date. 

Nebraska Booth Fee

• $35.00 each

Reservations will be charged a $10.00 late fee per booth if not paid 10 days prior to the show date. 

Electricity Access Fee

Electricity must be requested at the time of making a reservation.

Vendor Hours

• Friday Setup: 12pm to 7pm
• Saturday: 7:30am. We will close the loading in doors at 8:30am to prepare to open for public at 9 am.
• Sunday: 8:00am. We will close the loading in doors at 8:30am to prepare to open to public at 9am. 

Public Hours

• Saturday: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
• Sunday: 9:00 am to 3:00 pm

Security

We provide security Friday and Saturday night from the time we close the show to the time we open for vendors the next morning. Security is the vendor's responsibility during setup hours, show hours, and tear down. We encourage all our vendors to arrive when we open to vendors each morning. Pistols, tactical rifles and shotguns should all be tied down with a cable through the trigger guards. We also encourage small, valuable items to be put behind glass cases. 

Vendor Check-In

Booth assignments will be handed out after check in. All booth and electricity fees must be paid at Friday check in.
